Repair terms

Diagnostic and estimates

A diagnostic fee of $50 is required for every device we take in. It is due up front, is non-refundable, and is separate from the repair price and not credited toward it. After the diagnostic you will receive an estimate for any necessary repairs and parts before we proceed with any work.

Repair pricing

We charge a flat labor rate of $150 per drone, covering all necessary labor regardless of the complexity of the work. Parts are charged separately, typically about $85. Prices may change as parts costs change.

Timing

Estimated repair time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on shipping and parts availability. Timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. Expedited service may be available for an extra fee, usually $50 to $100 depending on the job.

Liability

By using Rekt Drones repair services, you understand that Rekt Drones is not liable for damages that may occur during or after the repair process.

Before you come in

Bring the drone and controller fully charged. We may turn away devices that arrive with dead batteries.
