How a repair works
- Send a repair request with the exact model and what is wrong. It takes about two minutes.
- Bring the aircraft and controller in, both charged, or ship them to the shop. Include any payload involved.
- We run the diagnostic and send you an estimate for the repair and parts.
- Nothing is repaired until you say yes. Then we repair, test and return your drone.
What it costs
The diagnostic is $50, due up front and non-refundable. If you go ahead, repairs are a flat $150 labor per drone, plus parts, which typically run about $85. Typical turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks.
Shipping a drone? Pack it securely, and please don't ship lithium batteries unless we have asked you to. Contact us first if you are unsure.
