How a repair works
- Send a repair request with your model and the problem. It takes about two minutes.
- Bring the drone and controller in, both charged, or ship them to the shop.
- We run the diagnostic and send you an estimate for the repair and parts.
- Nothing is repaired until you say yes. Then we repair, test and return your drone.
What it costs
The diagnostic is $50, due up front and non-refundable. If you go ahead, repairs are a flat $150 labor per drone, plus parts, which typically run about $85. Typical turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks.
