DJI Repairs:
- Part Replacements: We replace crucial components like the gimbal, camera, motors, and batteries to restore your drone’s functionality.
- Motor and Arm Repairs: We address and fix damage to motors and arms to ensure safe flight.
- Firmware Updates: We update the firmware to fix bugs and enhance performance.
- Calibration: We recalibrate the compass, IMU, and gimbal for stable flight.
- Connection Issues: We troubleshoot and resolve problems with remote control connections or GPS.
FPV Repairs:
FPV drone repairs may require a different approach. We are equipped to handle a variety of issues, including:
- Builds and Bindings: We manage custom builds and binding for ELRS and other radio link protocols.
- Expert Knowledge: We are well-versed with Betaflight and can fine-tune settings for optimal performance.
- Professional Soldering and Component Replacement: We offer expert soldering services, component replacements, and complete setup to ensure your FPV drone performs at its best.
Prices and Fees:
- Diagnostic Fees: For both DJI and FPV drone repairs, we charge a $50 diagnostic fee. This fee helps cover the initial assessment and is non-refundable. Rest assured, our goal is to provide the best possible solution for your drone.
- DJI Drone Repair Costs: There is a flat labor rate of $150 per drone, with prices for parts varying based on the specific repairs needed.
- FPV Drone Repair Costs: We will provide an estimate during the intake process. The final cost may vary depending on the specific issue and the time spent on labor.
Turnaround Time:
- Typical Repair Time: 1 to 2 weeks, depending on part availability and current workload.
- Please Note: Final price and turnaround time may change if unforeseen issues arise or if repairs are more complex than initially assessed.
How to Get Started:
1. Submit a Repair Request Form: Fill out our online repair form using the button below with your contact details, product information, damage or issues, and any additional information that will help us accurately diagnose and fix the issues.
2. Contact us: One of our trained repair technicians will follow up with you either by email or phone call within 24 to 48 hours to discuss the next step and gather any additional details if needed.
3. Required Items: To save time and to ensure a smoother experience, please make sure you have a fully charged battery in both your drone and radio controller before shipping or bringing in your drone. We cannot start any process without a charged battery, and any necessary charging may delay the repair process.
4. Drop off or Shipping: You can drop off your drone at our shop during business hours or ship it to us. Customers who choose to ship their drones for repair are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
5. Payment: A diagnostic fee of $50 is required either before shipping or upon the arrival of the drone. This fee covers the initial assessment and is non-refundable. No repair work will commence until the diagnostic fee is paid.
