Rekt Drones specializes in DJI Drone repairs. All information can be found below.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

Due to the current high volume of calls and customers, we can not diagnose or quote you for a repair over the phone or in person. You must bring your drone in for diagnostic. Please fill out the repair form and bring your drone to our shop M-F 12pm-6pm to start the process.

OUT OF STATE REPAIRS OR REPAIRS REQUIRING SHIPPING

If your repair requires shipping, or other long distance services - please fill out the repair form below and contact us during business hours. Let us know that you are not a local customer and that you will be shipping your drone. That way we can verify that we have all of the correct information on file, and have all accommodations in place to begin service when your drone arrives.

Please do not send us your repair until we have given you confirmation to do so. We will not be held responsible for unauthorized shipments, any costs related to shipping or insurance, or items sent without our confirmation or correct notification/authorization to do so.

  • Diagnostic - $50

    A non-refundable fee of $50 is required for all drone intakes for diagnostic services. After the diagnostic, you will receive an estimate for any necessary repairs or parts before proceeding with any work.

  • Repair - $150 + Parts

    We charge a flat labor rate of $150 per drone for all services, covering all necessary labor regardless of the complexity of the work. An additional charge for any required parts, typically $50 or more, will be applied separately.

Estimated current diagnostic time is 2 to 3 weeks. Service times may vary depending on parts availability or shipping times. Expedited service may be available for a fee but will ultimately depend on parts availability.

*IMPORTANT! Please make sure you have your drone and radio controller charged! You may be turned away if you arrive with dead batteries!

Track Repair Progress

If you have a repair currently with Rekt Drones, check your email for a message from "Unified Repairs Support." If you did not receive a message, please check your spam folder. At the bottom of the email should be a "Ticket Number." Click the button below and enter your Email and Ticket Number, to view the status of your repair.
