Rekt Drones is not responsible for damages during the repair process.

By submitting your form on our website, or submitting your drone for repair, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
You understand and accept that the repair process carries inherent risks, including but not limited to potential incidental damage, malfunction, or other unforeseen issues that may arise during or after the repair.

2. Disclaimer of Liability
Rekt Drones (the "Company") is not responsible for any damages that may occur to your drone during the repair process. While we take great care in handling your equipment, the nature of electronic repairs—especially with delicate components—carries risks that could lead to unintended damage.

3. Limited Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the repair services performed as outlined in the estimate or agreement. We do not guarantee the full functionality or long-term performance of your drone after the repair, nor are we liable for any pre-existing issues such as hardware damage, water damage, or defects that may not be immediately visible.

4. Pre-existing Conditions
You agree to inform Rekt Drones of any known issues or prior damage to your drone. We are not liable for damages or malfunctions resulting from pre-existing conditions, including prior repairs, accidents, or exposure to harsh conditions.

5. Insurance & Responsibility
It is recommended that you carry appropriate insurance coverage for your drone. You acknowledge that you understand the potential risks involved in the repair process, and you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during the repair.

6. Consent
By submitting the repair form, or having your drone repaired at Rekt Drones, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Not Responsible for Damages Policy. You acknowledge that your consent is given voluntarily and with full understanding of the risks involved.
