We’ve had a large number of DJI repairs coming through recently, and at the same time, sourcing parts from trusted suppliers has become more challenging and more expensive. As we’ve mentioned in previous posts, the ongoing DJI ban is also working its way through the U.S., which adds to the uncertainty around parts availability and cost. We wanted to touch base and let you know how this affects things moving forward.

Because of this, some repairs may take longer than usual to complete, and in certain cases, parts costs could be slightly higher than before. To help offset these challenges, we’ve brought in additional techs to keep repairs moving as quickly as possible. We’ll also continue to be fully transparent with pricing and timelines before any work is done. Please give us a little time over the next few days as our techs get settled in, handle incoming calls, and get setups completed. We’ll be touching base with all of our current clients shortly to provide updates on their repairs, and get you back in the air as soon as possible.
